Spring is almost upon us here in Australia! What better way to shake off the winter cobwebs and embrace the changing seasons, than putting a spring back into your step with some soul nourishing yoga and meditation!?

We’ll make it easy to get on your mat daily with a FREE video series to keep you inspired and progressing in your practice. Don’t worry if you’re a complete novice, or have been practicing for years, this is about building a consistent practice, and showing up daily for YOU!

I’ll send you a weekly email on Sundays starting September 1st with the new practice to be completed daily if possible. I’ll keep it short, so you can decide how long you practice for, AND each week will layer on from the previous, so by the end of 6 weeks, you’ll have your very own, full body, soul nourishing practice to keep you moving and breathing consistently! And better yet, you’ll have the newfound mojo to keep it going long into the summer months!

There will also be weekly seaside classes available in southeast Melbourne and if you want the extra nudge, during the 6-weeks of Spring into Yoga, a limited number of private sessions will be available at a special 25% offer!
