EMBRACE YOUR #IAM-NESS: Daily I AM Affirmations the Whole Month of November

All month come explore yourself deeper as we journey through the two smallest words that have the biggest impact on our lives…I AM. For what you choose to place after them shapes your identity.
Each day there will be a new I AM affirmation to embrace and embody throughout the day. A means of exploring the many facets of the unique, loving, remarkable being that you already are and shifting into a higher frequency.

Have you stopped to notice recently, what ‘seeds’ you are planting in your mind and in your heart and more importantly perhaps, which ones are you continuously watering?  As we replay events, limiting beliefs, fights with a partner, or fill ourselves with destructive self talk, that’s what pull get more of. You will rise or fall to the level of those beliefs.
So for the whole month of November, we are going to plant new seeds in the form of I AM affirmations, a new one each day. And we’ll remind ourselves and each other, no matter our current situation, to continuously come back throughout the day, weeks and month to these affirmations as they assist in the raising of vibrations, and otherwise, feeling amazing!

Oh yeah, and we’ll throw a little #asanachallenge in the mix with a few cool giveaways for fun too!
